Avocado Kale Salad -Fill a bowl with kale. Add 1 whole avocado or 1/3 cup guacamole, sprinkle of salt, juice from 1/2 lemon or lime. Mix well. Top with dried cranberries and tortilla dust. Serve with your favorite protein.

Chocolate Nut Butter Smoothie
1-1.5 scoops protein powder
8 ounces coconut water, almond milk, or unsweetened rice milk (your choice!)
1 heaping tablespoon nut butter
1 tablespoon organic cocoa powder

Brownie Smoothie
1-1.5 scoops protein powder
8 ounces water or coconut water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2-1 tsp cinnamon
1 tablespoon cocoa powder

Avocado-Cucumber Refresher
8 ounces of water
1-1.5 scoops protein powder (I don't recommend chocolate for this one)
1 ripe avocado
1/2 cucumber, peeled and seeded
1/2 cup ice
1-2 sprigs fresh mint or parsley

Sweet Potato Pie Smoothie
8 ounces water
1 scoop protein powder
1/4 cup pecans or almonds
1/2 medium baked and peeled sweet potat
Dash cinnamon
1/2 cup ice

Peanut Butter Banana
1 scoop vanilla or chocolate protein
8 oz Unsweetened Vanilla almond milk
½ banana
2 tbsp. Natural Peanut butter or Almond Butter
